Where can I buy your products/smell your scents in person?

We are currently at Lunar Beauty Bar in OTR and The Mindful Nest in Northside. If you are local to Cincinnati, please stop by and check out our candles. We are looking to be a part of some local markets or vendor events in the future. Be sure to follow our socials for future announcements. 

Are your candles all natural?

Yes! All of our products are made with 100% soy wax and fragrance. Soy wax is biodegradable, vegan, and a renewable source. 

Is it normal for there to be soot or black stuff around my jar?

Have you trimmed your wick? Please trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to alleviate smoke or soot around the rim of your jar. Please note that you do not have to trim your wick when you receive you candle, it has already been trimmed for you. 

I can't smell my candle?

Our candles are made for small to medium rooms such as laundry rooms, bedrooms, or bathrooms. The scent will be lighter in large open spaces such as living room or an open floor plan.  

Can your jars be recycled?

Yes! You can pour hot water into the candle jar and let it sit overnight. The wax will rise to the top or pop out completely. Your jar should be ready to use after!

My candle arrived damaged, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. Please take a picture of the damaged items and it's packing and email up at yellowdahliacandle@gmail.com. The email must be received within three days of the package being delivered. 

Do you take returns?

No, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your product, then please email yellowdahliacandle@gmail.com. 

Do you do wholesale?

Yes, we do wholesale and would love for you to reach out to us via email, yellowdahliacandle@gmail.com 

Do you do white labeling?

No, we do not. 

Do you make candles for special events?

Yes, we do! A minimum order of 50 is required as well as a deposit. Please email yellowdahliacandle@gmail.com
